Partner with Me on a Galen Myotherapy Case Study

Offer your patients a series of complimentary, supervised myotherapy sessions and receive a detailed report for your practice's files.

About Me

My name is Jennifer Phillips. I am currently completing my formal certification in Galen Myotherapy® and looking to establish professional partnerships with local veterinary practices.  Galen Myotherapy® is a specialized modality of canine massage, developed over two decades ago by founder Julia Robertson to support muscular health through a unique, choice-led approach.

From October to December 2025, I am offering a unique opportunity: three complimentary, in-depth case study programs for your patients.

The Galen program is designed for dogs where muscular wellness support can play a key role in their comfort and mobility. In return for your referral, your practice will receive comprehensive reports, including movement and posture analysis and detailed session notes, providing valuable, objective observations for your patient files.

The Opportunity for Your Practice & Patients

By participating in this case study program, your patient receives a high-value service at no cost, and your practice receives valuable, detailed observations.

  • For the Owner: A More Comfortable, Mobile Dog and the Tools to Support Them. Owners see the tangible results of a dog with renewed comfort and vitality. Additionally, this program isn't just about massage; it goes beyond the hands-on sessions to provide the owner:

    • Visible Progress: A clear improvement in their dog's movement, happiness, and overall quality of life.

    • Practical Lifestyle Guidance: Personalized advice on simple - but powerful - adjustments to the home environment to support their dog's comfort for life.

    • Confident Tracking: A clear framework to track their dog's body condition and alert them to when their dog may be in discomfort.

  • For the Vet Practice: A comprehensive report providing valuable insight into your patient's lifestyle and environment.  Reports feature in-depth movement and posture analysis supported by photo and video documentation and detailed observations.

Ideal Candidates for This Case Study

I am looking case study participants where muscular wellness support can play a key role in complementing their veterinary care. Ideal candidates are dogs who are medically stable but may experience muscular compensation as a result of diagnosed conditions such as:

  • Osteoarthritis (OA)

  • Hip or elbow dysplasia

  • Spondylosis

  • Patella or Elbow Luxation

  • Post-Orthopedic Surgery: Patients who have been fully cleared by their veterinarian and are ready for complementary support to help maintain muscle condition

  • Senior Dogs:  Seniors with general stiffness or mobility challenges that affect their daily comfort

To ensure the specific effects of myotherapy can be accurately assessed, the dog must not be receiving other concurrent physical therapies (e.g., hydrotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture) for the duration of the study.

my Professional Commitment

  • Veterinary Partnership & Consent: My work is conducted in full partnership with you. A signed veterinary consent form is required before beginning any sessions to ensure a collaborative and transparent approach to your patient's wellness.

  • A Professionally Mentored Program: To ensure the highest standard of practice, all case studies are conducted under the mentorship of my Galen Myotherapy® instructors, and all final reports are submitted for their professional review.

  • Fully Insured for Your Peace of Mind: As a student member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), I carry full commercial general and professional liability insurance appropriate for my training. A copy of my Certificate of Insurance will be made available upon request.

  • My Professional Scope:  I operate strictly within my professional scope of practice. The sessions are a non-medical modality focused on wellness. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My goal is to complement your expert medical care by supporting your patient's muscular comfort and mobility, and I always refer back to the primary veterinarian for all health concerns or potential contraindications.
